My Dad was an excellent stock man and acquired two berg farms for Senator Bawden for whom he worked - later he was able to buy Tregenna & Nooitgeddacht but could not afford the O.F.S. farm. He and Carl Zunckel (Jenny Fyvie's Dad) once drove to Capetown to petition the govt. not to make the berg areas African reserve areas because of the effect it would have on conservation, the watershed and tourism. Sadly they were ignored with far reaching problems our generation and children are trying to solve. Ross is active in trying to get an agricultural BEE project going & land restitution, water affairs & reform. Also John & Andrew Fyvie
